Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 21, 2026
By using this website or purchasing a class, gift card, event, or other offering from Kevin Zraly ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms.
Classes & Events
Registration for a class is confirmed upon successful checkout and payment. Class details, including date, time, format, price, and any wines or materials required, are provided on the applicable class page and may be reasonably changed when necessary.
Virtual classes may use third-party services such as Zoom. Participants are responsible for the equipment, internet access, and software required to participate. Unless expressly stated otherwise, wine is not included in registration fees and must be purchased separately. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, shipping, or fulfillment of products purchased from third parties.
Wine-related classes and events are intended only for people legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol in their jurisdiction. Participants are responsible for their own consumption and participation.
Payment, Cancellations & Gift Cards
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and are subject to their applicable terms and policies. We do not directly store complete payment card information.
Cancellation, refund, transfer, and rescheduling terms displayed with a particular offering are incorporated into these Terms. If we cancel a paid class, affected customers will receive an appropriate refund, credit, rescheduling option, or other remedy.
Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible offerings and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Additional terms presented at purchase or redemption may apply.
Private & Corporate Events
Submitting an event inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. Custom events may be subject to separate proposals, contracts, deposits, invoices, and cancellation or payment terms. Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding an event, that agreement controls.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, this website and its original content, including text, photographs, graphics, videos, branding, educational materials, and class materials, are owned by or licensed to Kevin Zraly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content and class materials are for personal, noncommercial use only and may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.
Disclaimers & Liability
Wine-related information is provided for educational and informational purposes. Opinions regarding wines, producers, vintages, pairings, values, and similar matters are subjective, and we make no guarantee regarding the availability, price, quality, or suitability of products discussed.
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim applicable warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, participation in an offering, or use of third-party products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
Third Parties
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, video conferencing platforms, retailers, and social media services. We are not responsible for their availability, content, products, fulfillment, security, or practices.
Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms periodically by posting a revised version here. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
